Our made-to-order pieces typically take between 3 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of your design. If you need your piece by a specific date, please let us know, and if possible, we can try to accommodate you as long as it doesn't compromise our quality control processes.

14k Gold:

Metal:

• Higher karat metals come at a premium price.
• The more metal used, the higher the cost, factoring in both weight and polishing labour.
• Platinum is more expensive due to the extra time required for casting, fabrication, and polishing.

Stones:

• Designs with more stones increase labour for setting, as well as the overall cost of the stones.
• Larger stones demand more intricate labor for setting and are generally more expensive.

Design:

• The initial quote includes a set number of 2D design revisions. Additional design changes beyond the quoted rounds may increase the final price.
• Extensive changes to 3D designs are limited and may incur extra costs.

Labour:

• Stone setting and polishing are covered in the initial quote.

Resizing or modifications after completion may require additional labour fees.

Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of our rings, each meticulously crafted to perfectly suit your chosen diamond and ring size, all custom ring sales are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or return.

That said, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Every ring is carefully crafted and quality-checked by our atelier before it reaches you. We also offer complimentary resizing and thoughtful aftercare to ensure the piece fits beautifully and lasts for years to come. Our team is here to support you long after your ring is delivered.
